Hi Oak Park,
Thought I knew all the Chicago area bloggers but you are new to me. I’m down in Florida now but will add you to my blogroll when I get back to Chicago.
Enjoy the warm weather in Florida, Carolyn! This has been one of the dreariest winters I’ve seen in Chicago.
Hi. neighbor
… from “The FP” (Forest Park)
Mam,
I found your webpage by chance while I was searching for Images of “false virginia creeper”. First of all, your garden reflects the hard work you seem to have put into it and next, you take great photographs. I took up gardening recently , and if anything it has taught me patience. I am enjoying it. You can look at my gallery if you are so inclined. http://www.force4×4.com/gallery
Again, it was joyous to see your garden, albeit from half a world away.

Thanks! I was getting a bit discouraged from our recent flooding, but your words make me feel better. I will view your photos and get back out there!
I have a nearly all native perennial in Chicago proper. Your garden is inspriational. Congrats.
Love your blog – just awesome. It was great meeting you last weekend!
